Part 1 • 2 Minutes
Get the Downloader App
Downloader is the official, free Amazon app store utility used to download and install third-party streaming television applications.

Press the 🏠 Home button on your Fire TV remote (the button with the little house).

Move to 🔍 Find (the magnifying glass) at the top of your screen, press the middle button of your remote, and choose Search.

Type Downloader with the on-screen keyboard. Select Downloader when it appears in the suggestions below.

Choose the app with the bright orange icon (made by AFTVnews).
5
Choose Get or Download. Wait until the button changes to Open. It is completely free.
Part 2 • 1-Time Security Unlock
Allow Downloader to Install Apps
Your Fire TV blocks outside apps until enabled. You only have to do this once.

Press 🏠 Home, navigate right to the Settings ⚙️ gear icon, and press the middle button.

Choose My Fire TV.

Check Developer Options: Do you see Developer options in the list? If yes, skip straight to step 6.

If Developer options is missing: Select About. Then press the middle button on the first line (the name of your device, e.g. "Fire TV Stick 4K") 7 times in a row. A message at the bottom will say "You are now a developer".
Try the 7-Click Test Simulator:
Click the button 7 times below to see how Fire TV unlocks developer privileges:

Press the ↩ Back button once. Developer options now appears in the menu list.

Choose Developer options → Install unknown apps.

Find Downloader and press the middle button so it toggles to ON.
(Older Fire TVs show Apps from Unknown Sources instead; turn it ON and choose Turn On if a prompt appears.)
Part 3 • App Installation
Install Watch App
Download the official television application package directly through Downloader using your Exodus download code or URL.
Downloader InputYOUR PASS SHORTCODE / URL
Enter the shortcode or direct download link provided in your Exodus Pass welcome message.

Press 🏠 Home and launch Downloader (found under Your Apps & Channels, or hold the Home button and select Apps).

First-time launch: Choose Allow for storage permissions, then OK on the welcome popup.

Select the box that says "Enter a URL or Search Term". Clear any existing text.
4
Type the download shortcode or URL provided with your Exodus Pass and choose Go.
5
Wait less than 60 seconds while the app downloads. When the prompt appears, choose Install.
6
When it says App installed, choose Open.
7
Downloader will offer to delete the downloaded setup file. Choose Delete, then Delete again to save TV storage space.
Part 4 • Instant Pairing
Sign In with a Code (Zero Typing)
Pair your television in seconds without ever having to type a long password on your TV remote.

Open Watch. On the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with a code.

The TV screen will display an 8-character code (e.g. K7M2 QP94). Leave the TV on this screen.

On your phone, tablet, or computer, open your Exodus account portal or dashboard.
4
Find the box titled "Sign in your TV with a code". Enter the 8-character code displayed on your TV screen.

Click Sign in my TV. Within 3 seconds, your television will automatically log in and load all live channel grids!

Pro-Tip (Pin Watch to Home Screen): Press 🏠 Home. Highlight the Watch app under Your Apps & Channels, hold down the ☰ Menu button (three lines), and choose Move to front.

Part 1 Get the Downloader App

Part 2 Allow Downloader to Install Apps

Press Home. Move right to the Settings gear icon (far right) and press the middle button.

Choose My Fire TV.

If not, choose About. Then press the middle button on the first line (the name of your device, such as "Fire TV Stick 4K") 7 times in a row. A message at the bottom says "You are now a developer".

Press the Back button once. Developer options now appears in the list.

Choose Developer options, then Install unknown apps.

Find Downloader and press the middle button so it says ON. (Older Fire TVs show Apps from Unknown Sources instead of "Install unknown apps". Turn it ON and choose Turn On if a warning appears.)
Part 3 Install Watch

Press Home and open Downloader (it's under Your Apps & Channels, or hold the Home button and choose Apps).

The first time, Downloader asks for permission. Choose Allow, then OK on the welcome message.

On the Home tab of Downloader there is a box that says "Enter a URL or Search Term". Select the box.

Delete anything already in the box. Type the download code or URL provided with your Exodus Pass and choose Go.
5
Wait while it downloads (usually less than a minute). When a screen with an Install button appears, choose Install.
6
When it says App installed, choose Open. (If you choose Done instead, you'll find Watch under Your Apps & Channels.)

Downloader may ask if you want to delete the downloaded file. Choose Delete, then Delete again. It's not needed anymore, and Watch stays installed.
Part 4 Sign in, without typing a password
1
Open Watch. On the sign-in screen choose Sign in with a code.

The TV now shows a code with 8 letters and numbers, like the picture. Leave the TV on this screen.
3
On your phone or computer, open your Exodus Account Dashboard. Find the box called Sign in your TV with a code.

Type the code exactly as the TV shows it. Big or small letters and spaces don't matter. If you have more than one account, choose which one this TV should use. Then press Sign in my TV.

Look at the TV. Within a few seconds it signs in by itself and your channels appear. You're done!

To pin Watch to your home screen: press Home, hold the button with three lines (☰) on Watch under Your Apps & Channels, and choose Move to front.
onn., Google TV, Chromecast with Google TV & Android TV boxes
You need: your TV remote and about 5 minutes. You do this only once.

Choose System, then About. Scroll down to Android TV OS build and press the middle button on it 7 times in a row until it says "You are now a developer". (If it says you already are, that's fine.)

Press Back until you are in Settings again. Choose Apps, then Security & restrictions, then Unknown sources.

Find Downloader and turn it ON.

The menu names differ a little between boxes. If you can't find Unknown sources, skip Part 2. Your TV will ask you to allow it during the install, and the steps below tell you what to press.
Part 3 Install Watch

Open Downloader. Choose Allow if it asks for permission, then OK.
2
Select the box that says "Enter a URL or Search Term", type the download code or URL provided with your Exodus Pass and choose Go.
3
When the download finishes, choose Install.
4
If the TV says "For your security, your TV isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source": choose Settings, turn Downloader ON, press Back once, then choose Install again.
5
When it says App installed, choose Open. Downloader may offer to delete the file: choose Delete.
Part 4 Sign in, without typing a password
1
In Watch, choose Sign in with a code. The TV shows an 8-character code.
2
On your phone or computer, open your Exodus Account Dashboard. Find the box called Sign in your TV with a code.

Type the code and press Sign in my TV. The TV signs in by itself within a few seconds.

Watch appears in your list of apps. To put it on the home screen of a Google TV, go to Apps, hold the middle button on Watch and choose Add to favorites.
iPhone, iPad and Android phones or tablets
No app store needed. Watch runs in your phone's web browser, and you can put it on your home screen like any other app.
iOS iPhone or iPad

Open Safari (the blue compass). Other browsers cannot add it to the home screen.

Type exoduspass.com/watch in the address bar at the top and go there.

Tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up). It's at the bottom of the screen on iPhone and at the top on iPad.

Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.

Close Safari and open Watch from your home screen. Sign in with your Exodus Pass credentials.
Android Android phone or tablet

Open Chrome and go to exoduspass.com/watch.

Tap the three dots (⋮) at the top right, then Install app or Add to Home screen, then Install.
